Externally some scratches on the top and side. You are buying on a Kenwood gifts 711A transceiver with tone board installed. Be 4ezngfjaow4 comes with microphone and ac power cord.
When I switch to USB, lbs, and cw modes, the radio displays a 60db signal where there should be no signal. Operationally volume knob is scratchy. Fm functions fine.
