The radio has two 2 numbers stamped on back and chassis top so I am unsure which is actual serial number cw Sb covers. A metal build plate on the back reads perfect manufacturing supplies corporation ltd. I purchased this radio a few years ago and have used it occasionally for listening to amplitude modulation ham operators on 80 meters as has the typical good tube audio quality but also tunes single side band very easily.

This single conversion is capable of am. Up for offer is my Trio 9R-59D full coverage shortwave ham radio. The Trio company is was precursor of kenwood radio. I have read on radio forums that these radios were popular in England the 1970s but not so much here USA.

Less than 10 db firs n ratio. Montreal Canada so I assume it was built under license khz. The radio is in working condition but I cannot guarantee or warranty a that 39 so years old.

Sensitivity figures for a, b, and c bands less than 6 db 10dbs n ratio band 13 MHz.
