Details:
It is somewhat rare to find one of these with the external cable for meter lamp. So this one now has the grounds bonded at switch and coax run to output connector. I checked all bands out and it works well everywhere. I hooked it up and works.
FYI: if you think that have seen this before. It has worked impeccably and is physically in great shape. Ideal for mobile or RP use. I have now gone to resonant antennas and a tuner in one of my rigs so this is surplus.
I was able to tune 17m in the 20m position and 12m 15m but don't know how tuning range is affected. View this as a second chance. I purchased this used a while back to use in combination with g5rv antenna. The AT-120 is rated to 150w except on 80m where it dratted 125w.
I did find that these have a considerable ground loop internally which tends to interfere with Sr bridge balance and makes tuning bit tricky on 10m.
Problem solved. Shipping is quoted worst case to the west coast.
