Finals unit was removed, heat sink compound and new applied. You are buying on a used, working Kenwood TS-440SAT 10-160m all mode, hf radio. The 440 this is one of several that I have owned a very good radio, and also for new ham looking to get on air without paying rig.

This was a backup rig for another ham, but it unused many, many years after he switched to ts-590s. Packaged in its original cardboard box, and includes microphone power connector, but does not include the manual.

Includes built in working auto-tuner. Cosmetically is a 9 10 or better - very nice, only few minor scratches on the case as expected for its age. All potentiates lubricated, connectors cleaned.

I recently acquired this unit, and applied some minor repairs required due to its age, with the following fixes done bring it back working condition: Kenwood KY-88c cw filters is installed. 73 and good luck. Working great.

I regularly purchase, fix, and resell vintage ham gear pausing to play with the fixed of course just moving another one through shack.
