Details:
I did plug it in and all the lights tubes lit up. Comes as shown in the pictures. This unit is being sold as and not fully tested.
High bidder pays actual shipping cost via USPS retail ground. I hooked up a speaker and it does make static. I acquired this unit with a massive amount of ham radio equipment from an estate.
I did not hook it up to antenna test. I do not know anything about this type of radio equipment so am going to sell everything list in the future as parts only. The cord is frayed and should be replaced.
