Calibrator and CFO part seem to work, but like most older equipment, this is not a plug play unit. It kept dimming the fluorescent lights in kitchen during key-down and modulation checks.

I got a good reputation here on. Unit is double-boxed, and packed well.

No headphone, or external speaker to verify if there is any audio.

Low Sr and right at two watts out, un modulated just there to prove radio will not be DOA, but does need work no manual, they are free on the internet.

I made a quick temporary dipole antenna cut to 27 MHz, and as you can see from the pics, it does transmit, but power is down price drop. It does modulate.
