Oven controlled master oscillator accurate to 10 -9. For sale, a Racal RA6793A receiver with the following options: factory lf extension, coverage down to 10 khz. The purchase price was 10,501: 7737 for receiver and lf extension add-on. It also has a 100 capacity memory for storing settings.
The receiver includes a full complement of Collins mechanical filters: 300 Hz, 1000 3200 6000 Hz and lbs USB, 3 khz. The RA6793A has hall effect buttons, unlike membrane keypads on ra6790. This is not just the ROM chip that allows tuning to low frequency, but includes a modified front end with sharper roofing filters, 8 and 16 khz, special first mixer. It has never been mounted in an equipment rack.
This receiver has not been used much and is in like new condition. Included is a complete technical manual that came with the receiver for ra6793 an addendum RA6793A. This receiver is not surplus, but was purchased new from Racal in 1988 by a good friend of mine.
He is downsizing his collection of electronics due to health reasons. The buttons are perfect with a positive action and pleasure to use.
