Details:

I do not have a 220mhz radio to see if it transmits, but I m sure it works fine. Icom 220 mhz fm ic 3at with aa pack, original mic, manuals, schematic, box, antenna, and belt clip. I put new aa's in the battery holder.

I don't see too many with the original microphone. It powers on, all knobs work, and the transmit light works when I key the mic.
