I am the original owner, purchased in 1996 see photo of receipt receives out band public safety freq on both vhf and uhf. Comes with: Icom BC-79 desktop charger ad-51b adaptor spacer for use with BP-173 or BC type batteries. Working with no issues. Icom fa-1443b antenna.

Icom CAP-12 vehicle power adaptor works but needs the end cap, spring and fuse. Icom BC-110a wall charger pro star after market battery does not hold a charge. Offer is for a used Icom IC-W31A handheld and extras. There is a slight scuff on the display but doesn't interfere with operation.
