It is good for a vintage tube display but not practical home use as it takes 9 volts filament at 42 amps and 7000 on the plate plus water cooling system. It is heavy with a lot of copper. No tube socket available. This tube is unusual as it mounts upside down with be base up and submerged in circulating water to keep cool.

I do not know it can be serviced and reconditioned. See all the pictures for tube spec. No way for me to test this. You can make an offer.
