There is no rechargeable battery included, and AA holder, but the connector for batteries intact. The output power is as expected 5w setting shows about 4. It comes with the original manual, microphone and a short non-original dc power lead. Thanks,Steve wa7zwa.

Somewhere in its previous lift appears someone had a problem with the door. 25 out 1w shows. There is no manufacturer decal with model and serial number. I am at least the 3rd owner.

Please e-mail me with any questions. The door for battery compartment has a bad latch. This unit is fully functional. They may be for 2-meters and 23-cm.

5w shows I don't know the story there. 5w setting shows. This is a used FT-817 non-nd model.

4 watts output. This is not a fresh out of the box FT-817 with all included bits and bobs, but if you want one of these qrp rigs to play with, its great radio. Also included is what appears to be the original battery charger, and 3 data cables that were when I purchased the radio but haven't used.

Measurements were taken with a qrp guys power meter dummy load. It normally stays shut, but I have also used a small piece of electrical tape to secure. 7 watts out Included with the radio are 2 rubber duck antennas I was told that they probably original but don't know.

I have not played with all of the modes omen items this radio, but it has performed flawlessly for my needs.
