Details:

In this listing are two units. Both units are sold as is for repair and parts. I was going to do it myself when bought from him but I've got too many things on now so I'm let someone else work this project. Although not pictured, the complete unit does have top and bottom covers.

The other is a parts unit that has good power transformer. One is complete but needs power transformer. He never got around to it.

I'm fairly confident though you can make one complete unit working and then have a good quantity of spare parts if need them down the road.
