It is rated at 300 watts and I would say the components are very similar to early mfg offerings. Peter ve1ppg. The Sr power meter seems to be fairly accurate it can accommodate 2 coax lines, balanced feed line, and long wire over 50 feet recommended.

On the rear panel as manufacturer. I suspect it was made by view star for Barker williamson. The included manual is for b w model and exactly same as this tuner. This one has view star inc.

It was made in canada. Although there is nothing indicating b w, they did distribute manufacture a VS300A antenna tuner.
