I spliced on a new power cord to test it. Shipping shown is USPS or FedEx ground to the lower 48 states. Comes as pictured. All others to use global.

Looks like it needs a couple lamps in the sockets to light dial. Looks to be in very nice cosmetic shape for the age. As with all old electronics it should be gone through and caps replaced to make safe run at optimal.
