It took me a little over week to build, and I tried stick as close possible the original antique look. Have fun, an happy buying. So, not only is it functional, but isn't bad to look at. I, however, decided to go ahead an construct a copy, and the rest of pictures show my efforts.

It is presently set up for 40 meters, but tapping the oscillator coil, and using a different bud plug in will work on any amateur band. There could be a number two. The chassis and wiring are secure strong. All joints are soldered, and the power supply does a fine job of constant pure cw signal.
