Details:

Was part of a large ham radio collection that was stored in temperature controlled basement for the last 10 years. Plugged into receiver and there was a buzz on the speaker. That was the extent of testing that done. Cosmetically good condition.

When plugged in the front light did not up, so I m guessing burnt out bulb and needs a cleaning at minimum.
