The case looks like it was repainted some scratches, face plate and knobs look good, chassis on top bottom good. Please pay with pal. I tested this transmitter the best could. When it transmitted upper and lower side band worked good c w worked, all crystals work, I used a 100 watt light bulb for dummy load lit up 80, 40, 20, 15 meter but in 10 tested.
