I know shipping has gotten very expensive lately. Rubber belts are there and work, but look like they'll need to be replaced soon. The main tuning dial knob turns smoothly, but it does not turn itself - likely a set screw is loose on shaft.
Previous owner has replaced one of the pots on little panel under top cover and it is hanging loose. Here is a nice Heathkit SB-101 ham radio transceiver. Original Sb filter is installed.
Also someone added a pot with switch on the back panel in spare hole. Knobs could use a polishing. Meter cover needs cleaning polishing, as does the main tuning dial window. Includes four feet with front risers.
No manual, but the manual is available online for free download. Cabinet is straight and has been over sprayed with a custom blend color matched paint, so it looks very nice. Unit has not been tested. Looks to be complete inside with all tubes.
I do not have the correct power supply for this - no or cabling is included. Front panel looks nice with some finger wear around the band switch knob - see picture.
I do not charge for packaging materials and a handling - just the actual shipping cost.
