This unit also has some weight at just shy of 17lbs unboxed. I do have the 120vac power cord. They still work can be moved by finger or a small screwdriver.
This item came from the estate of a SK. The radio measures w, x d, tall. The tuning dial is very smooth slide rule scale also works fine.
The telescoping antenna is complete when fully extended around 4ft long also swivels. I listened on the am broadcast band also was able to hear stations 40 meters WV 10mhz with telescoping antenna pulled out. Also the bf control shaft is broken, which seems to be a common problem with this series radio.
The radio does work receives on all bands, except for fm broadcast band. As the radio sits, it is mostly usable, but does need some TLC to get fully back functional. The case is showing some wear marks, but overall in good shape. I checked this receiver on the bench here is what know about it.
One other thing of note is that I hear something inside rattle when the radio moved top to bottom or side. There are carry handles on either side of the unit one top. This radio runs on 120vac. Outside the us, contact me for shipping info.
The radio will receive am fm Sb cw. Sounds like a loose screw inside. It somewhat works on fm, but the signals are very weak rather distorted.
It doesn't seem to be hurting anything, just noticeable when moved. The receiver is clean for its age. Hopefully someone can get the right TLC end up getting many years of listening enjoyment from this old receiver.
On the other bands, receive sounds fine. The tuning shows a digital readout as well analog also Haas meter showing signal strength when this unit is working right, it will receive fm in stereo, hence speakers on either side of. I don't know if it can be converted to run o 220 vac, being as have a manual for this radio.
