However, if you are looking for a more affordable and easier-to-use radar system, then you may want to consider other options.
The system operates on 12 CDC. The installation manual seen in the 1st pic is the only one I have and will not be included however you can get all the by going to this sight the power supply has been kept in the brown case and provides power to the head. If we had a cable operated speedometer, we could have tested the system as an anti collision system, but everything is electronic on our vehicles.
He has graciously offered to help with any other technical questions and I will forward any other info or questions and get the answers as quick as possible. The short horn is circularly polarized and includes a 7 inch lens in front of the short horn. The analog computer boards encapsulated in black shock absorbed material have been removed from the brown case and could be replaced by digital circuitry on a prototype board not included but shown for illustration purposes only has been substituted for the analog computer board in the brown computer case the associated amplifier circuit and output multiplexer is built on the printed circuit board in the transmitter head of the unit.
All my offers are stated as u however, the system has not been tested as an anti collision system, but the microwave components have been tested and found to be in as new condition the system is complete with an analog computer, 12 volt power supply, transmission cable speed pick off and an in cab control unit.
The antenna 3 db beam width is advertised as 1 degree.
Being offered is 1 Rashid anti collision radar that operates at also included in the microwave package is the detector diode.
1 GHz radar or communications foundation unit.
Shown in the photos below is the gunny lexer, with var actor, to shift the frequency between two transmit frequencies. Audio from the frequency stepped hormone radar is sent down the shielded cable from the microwave head to the brown control unit.therefore, what you are buying on is the entire system out of the box, as new, old inventory, that is worth several times the asking price as a very sensitive 24.
1 GHz receiving system. I didn't set that up and have no clue how to put the manual online so if you wish to have a copy of the manual I have had it reprinted at a cost of 6 dollars.
Each unit does come with an operation manual. This system was developed to operate in the GHz, right out of the sealed box being sold as new, old merchandise.
The gain of the antenna is very high, given this very tight beam width . The short horn and the lens produces a 1 degree beam width which is perfect for AI 40 work or point to point ham radio FM 24.
