Mostly used by the us navy submarine service.

Not many were made this one is serial number 165 and most destroyed when decommissioned. Includes power cable.

Radio is in working condition.

Both FedEx and the USPS will hold a parcel at their local office for you to pickup your convenience if someone cannot be available during day when is delivered. However, if that arrangement also causes problems, then I cannot help since can not wave this requirement. Sorry, no pickups.
