Since this is an un assembled kit no warranty offered on the completed. A new imported 6v6 or 6l6 vacuum tube is included. This is a vintage vacuum tube cw oscillator kit from 1940s design built by many radio amateurs for code operation on the amateur frequencies of 80 and 40 meters.

Lead may be present in solder and some components. Our kits include Amish prepared oak end pieces and slats. A 2 page copy of the original handbook article is included with permission arrl. With our recommended 200 CDC power supply sold separately output is approx 2 watts .

Brass screws for chassis assembly are included. To operate, it requires between 100 and 350 CDC for the plate, 6 vac filament. Experience and understanding of high voltage is required.

You drill and assemble the wood chassis. This kit has been described in RP, qts, wham. American radio relay league.

Sucker sticks hold the hand wound coils in place. With proper licensing and filtering an antenna, crystal, power supply, your kit can be used to send code cw. You are provided with the nails, coil winding jig layout, and sufficient wire to wind all coils for both 80 40 meters. This does require wood chassis preparation.
