Perfect working Klm PA15-80BL 2 meter vhf amplifier. Comes with copy of manual for 160w mode but otherwise they are basically the same. Direct keying is fine for fm.

First off to the police, this amplifier is FCC approved for vhf 144-148mhz amateur radio use.

It is rated at 15 watts in, 80 output and do that plus a little too. All used equipment is sold as-is and guaranteed to be in condition stated within this.
