I am guessing some type of counter or meter maybe. The dials turn at different rates and change pattern. It is super cool. I really have no idea what this unit is but wish did.

Shipping shown is FedEx ground to the lower 48 states. Sold as is untested. I am not sure how you would read it though but maybe the face plate of whatever this was in may decipher it. If can get powered on be super cool just to set a shelf lit up. If you know what this is please let me.
