If they work for you fine. Before buying if you are not familiar with this device, I would strongly suggest taking a look at the manual. The 3240 allows for the audio levels to match each transmitter. Provision is included for setting pin assignments, impedance level and electorate mic element voltage each input.

By the way, manual is excellent. In other words, no matter the input to radio sees what it likes and at same relative level. They may or not be use to you. It works with nearly any microphones and rigs including vintage radios optional accessories may be needed.

The Multi-Switcher TM will benefit just about any ham shack. Its flexibility and versatility make it ideal for contest stations, emergency operations, satellite repeater sites, mobile Communications vans any other ham shack environment. Easy to read and understand, great graphics, step by instructions. The Multi-Switcher TM can switch up to four microphones, headsets or other audio sources any of radios.

Change to Radio 2, push a button. Once the device is setup properly you navigate by 4 front panel buttons. PICK AN INPUT -> AND OUTPUT and off you go. This is not a current product but there information and manuals on the web.
