Military specifications indicate this has a brass body that vinyl rubber jacket cover. The previous owner was a Ham Radio operator who collected all of these interesting items over the years. Picture is of one them - both are in the same condition. Used condition with scuffs, scratches and surface rust from previous Use storage.

Also, these items may have been in storage for 40-80 years and could be Dusty, greasy or surface rust, spider webs, etc.
