It has literally never come out of the box except for photos. You can see the cable is still in its original packaging. You are looking at a MFJ-4416BRC super battery booster remove control unit.

It retailed for 149 and comes in handy boosting battery power a go kit. This is a great deal. I bought it with that intent and never got around to finishing the build.

Now I am too frigging old to go anywhere. I have a better set up now. So this sat in the box for past few years. 45 for priority mail to the us.
