Still in the box it came with silica gel that are old type bags. I do not think it has ever been used,it shows no wear on the back side. The model no. Has this number on the top 3f came from a large ham radio estate.

On the box looks like MD-800 I could be wrong. Has calibrated for use on steel panel the back. I would say this is from the 1940s maybe 1950.
