I'm not 100 sure how to test this but I did power up the unit and the tubes warmed up and I went through am and FM and didn't hear anything. Please feel free to contact me for a quote but please do so Upton 24 hours before the offer ends. The only exception is with the country of Italy.

I think this is because its some sort of old school ham radio type receiver and not a standard am FM receiver.
