Included in the sale is Elecraft kx1s n 2226, an untested KXAT1 antenna tuner, a nifty quick-reference very handy.
Its not real involved but looks like it might take 30 minutes to an hour. It works as should and there are no known issues with.
Also included is an un-installed KXAT1 internal antenna tuner. Cosmetically it is very nice, probably a 9 10. I looked at the procedure to install and test it set all parameters decided that new owner can do if he wants. Lots of info on the internet and some videos YouTube too.
When I acquired this radio from the estate sale, antenna tuner was box with transceiver and everything else. TN for your interest on this item.
