On my waters dummy load watt meter the radio puts out full power on all bands. For the uninitiated, this particular Kenwood model has those gosh darn slide pots on the right hand side. When you connect to your antenna, that's another story. I have too many radios.

It comes with a hand mic and manual. For what I used the radio for, everything worked fine.
For its age, the radio functions fine. Sold only to the 50 states. What the heck was Kenwood thinking they get dirty and scratchy and require periodic cleaning.
