Details:
You are buying on an Icom ic 735 hf radio. There are some other screws that were put in that are clearly not the correct ones, but does hold the outer case on.
This radio has not been used recently, but powers up, receives and was transmitting. There is also some other wear and tear on it and the tinted plastic cover to the slide controls is missing. Whoever owned this radio before me and my father, took almost every original screw out.
No idea on why.
