Details:
The battery needs replacement and the battery housing has a crack on the top where it mounts to the transceiver. It includes handheld transceiver, antenna, aftermarket high capacity battery, wall charger and car charger. It worked well when I stopped using it years ago, but recently I plugged it into the charger and couldn't get the screen to display. Up for bid is a used Icom ic 2sat 2 meter 144 MHz transceiver.
I haven't opened it up to fix it and have no plans. I'm not sure if it just needs a charged battery or there is something more it needs. This is why I am selling it as is for parts or not working.
It does make noise and static when squelch is off.
