Details:

I don't have a mic so can't test any further. As-is Icom ic meter transceiver with no microphone. I powered it from 12 volts and the speaker works. The side panel is missing some plastic clips so it doesn't stay on well without using other way of holding.

The telescoping antenna works but is missing tip.
