The cosmetic condition is good. The are some imperfections or scratches,scuffs and dings not perfect overall in clean condition. The speaker audio is adequate out of enclosed.
I tested the radio out on a few local repeaters and simplex frequencies in working condition. I have for sale a Icom model IC-229A amateur radio transceiver in good working condition.
