The transmitter operates on 240v 3 phase power and is tuned for vhf channel offer includes 2 10kw pa cabinets only one pictured, 4 50v supplies, NSC exciter control cabinet, rear doors with cooling fans. This offer is for a Harris 20 kw solid state television transmitter. Several very good articles are available on line for conversion of these amplifiers to amateur use.
Each pa cabinet measures 34x48x72 inches and weighs approximately 900 pounds. The pa cabinets are fully populated with drivers, visual and aural amplifier modules. The individual amplifier modules are air cooled and operate on 50v dc.
This transmitter was operating on ch2 before being taken out of service but has not been tested and will need considerable work to be put back in as a television.
