Details:

Item is in good overall physical condition and was part of a ham radio enthusiasts estate. The rest of the items I've gotten from this estate has worked, but does not power on. Did not check the fuse compartment as it felt like I needed to force. I don't hear or see anything broken however.

I am unsure of the problem, possibly something became loose in shipping. Cords look to be in good condition. It could have been a power issue, but I m more comfortable listing it as non working.
