All other components inside look nearly new. The unit is in clean, working condition, includes a fresh battery, and the original manual.

The manual cover is a bit aged looking, but the pages are complete and clean there is a penciled mark, but it is actually a correction to Heathkit's error in the schematic. The front panel has a small scuff mark and the crystal housing shows some patina in my world, that's called rust.
