The unit looks good inside, all resistors look. This unit is multiple AC input voltage s. I don't recommend this be a fully operational unit, to reliable with the old electrolytic caps, so unit is restoration get operating condition new caps that you would need replace in. The unit comes with schematics that were printed from online of this model.

The capacitors look OK, no signs of them leaking, but due to age, its obvious they need fresh new electrolytic caps. I don't have a load and watt meter to test for RF output level. Geloso G-222-TR Short wave AM Transmitter. He describes this Transmitter to be a true AM design, using pair of 807 modulator tubes driving modulation Transformer, modulating the RF power from 6146 output tube.

Due to its heavy weight, I don't want ship it at this time, and see if theres a local buyer for first. As far as my tests, I only turned on the unit to show that it powers up. Made between 1962 to 1964. Very rare, hard to find Transmitter.

See last photo. With the selector unplugged, you can see all AC input voltage s unit operate, photo. The unit looks to be in very good condition, and this was always house kept. Plus I did a volt meter reading on the HV B that feeds modulator 807s and RF output 6146 tube, measuring at 700V, when mode switch is set to transmit setting.

Theres a AC input selector that sets the to different voltage s. All of the selector switches have a nice to them, and controls rotate properly. If I do ship this, it will have to FedEx express saver, for best handling, and that's expensive due the box size weight, because its air shipping, not ground. Made in Italy.

No other tests were done in my possession. This unit was owned by a ham radio operator that had it in his collection, and I am selling for him.
