Not sure why so I am selling it as is for repair. From what I understand, they did not sell any of these radios here in the USA and its a hard find, but I m sure with someone knowledge this radio it can be repaired. The unit turns on, but I don't hear any audio some static when switched the band switch very low, and wan able to get output, as seen in photos, it is missing three digits right left do work.
