No optional filters installed in the radio. Both FedEx and the USPS will hold a parcel at their local office for you to pickup your convenience if someone cannot be available during day when is delivered. Otherwise, there is no signature requirement.
Unfortunately with my schedule I simply do not have time to handle them. Radio is fully tested in good working condition. However, if that arrangement also causes problems, then I cannot help since can not wave this requirement.
