Ships flat rate which includes shipping as well handling and if located within Canada applicable GST HST for your province. Internal electronics look decent. Appears someone made a modification to the power outlet in rear of unit so it could accept standard PC cable.

Case and face show wear scratches nicks oxidization imperfections etc. Even so item appears OK for a used piece of gear. Item turned on, meter light and digital display lit up fan on.

I've included 12 pictures for your expert analysis. I lack the knowledge to safely and accurately test.

I used a cable like this from my own personal computer, which is not included, to plug into the wall and attempt power up. Transceiver only.
