Item is used. In one picture I am pointing at rubber foot. I can't get the lens any better than it is. I used Exit and cleaned rotary switch, switch potentiate.
Everything functions as it should. It is cracked so doesn sit perfectly level. Manual says 3.5-55MHz. In fair condition.
