It can be easily replaced. It has low and high power jumpers. Only one of the sets is pictured.
The whip antenna is missing. The whip is used only for low power.
For high power the so-239 connector is used with an external antenna. I don't remember the low power amount, but high goes to about 15 watts . The un-pictured one is in color.
