Look's like the 60's. I put a battery in them and they sound like they do work but did not talk hear anyone talking.

One is missing antenna tip and squelch dial. Pair of 1 watt 27 MHz 2 channel transceiver's by Finetone made in japan uses 1/9 volt battery each not included. Not sure how old they are.
