In regards to the case then the case is just holding itself together. May be very light scratching but not noticeable very good plus used, some light scratching to either the case or CD record. Cd record does not play. Medium to heavy scratching.

Light scratching to the case very good used light scratching to both the case and CD record. Cd record still plays well, or if this is in grading is in regard to the case then there may be cracks in the case fair the CD record plays, sometimes skips. Heavy scratching to the disc.
