I tried to get a picture of the item not working because switch but could make it fail again. Any AA type may be used as charger is only a trickle rate.
Buy the item now before I do repair myself and relist as used, working, at a higher price. Alkaline may be used also so long as the power cube is not connected. Not pictured unit is highly portable due to 4 internal rechargeable AA batteries. Sale includes original power cube charger and external telescoping antenna.
Pictures show the item functioning during my complete testing. This item is in great shape and priced to sell due the intermittent switch.
