I recharged the pack per the instructions. The cpo has been tested and works perfectly. Here is a Bud cpo 155t code practice oscillator and code monitor from the late 1950's. The original battery holder which held two penlight batteries was evidently damaged by leaky batteries and has been replaced with a rechargeable two cell nicked pack.

It is in good condition, with some scratches to the finish. I have included images from an 1957 cw magazine advertisement for this unit. The nicked pack charged up without issues and the cpo was fully tested.
