Details:

The white indoor electrical wall plate is used for applications where its desirable to blend in with other switch plates or plug. The make-up of kit model BSO23912 is supplied in three separate packages containing a total 16 individual parts. Simple through the wall installation requires drilling one hole wall, and four small clearance holes for backing plate screws to rest in keeping inside outside plates from turning. All hardware is stainless, aluminum, or plated to resist corrosion.

The inside parts are assembled first and then barrel tube is inserted through wall toward outside. The picture showing a typical installation of an inside electrical wall plate shows coax cable containing pl-259 connector attached to SO-239 and equipment ground wire grounding lug.
