I used software to program it so that was not a issue for me and cable included item comes with antenna power supply. The unit powers up and receives properly on all bands.

I listened to hams on USB and lbs,shortwave programs my local emergency services make sure it received properly. I bought this to use as a air band receiver but decided go with something else. You're buying on a used in great condition Aor 8200mk3. The only reason i'm listing as for parts or repair is clear button might not be working properly.
